offered to new, existing or established businesses are as

Review, Corporate Governance (Time to do normally 1 day
and would be free)
Brainstorming
Sessions on specific topics e.g.
Overall Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Financial Strategy,
Manufacturing/Sourcing Strategy, Corporate Governance. Initially
our consultants would spend between one and two days with
the business after which there would be a list of tasks to
achieve with the objectives outlined in the strategy discussions.
Implementation
Help with specific limited tasks highlighted in part 2 or
specific interim management tasks specified by the Company,
for example, market research on a specific sector or country.
Mentoring
Limited number of days per month to coach and advise on key
issues and problems.
Raising
of funds - For expansion or survival.
This includes the preparation of financial forecasts and appropriate
business plans for the targeted provider.
